A Brief History of Our Church
On October 19, 1916, the trustees - M.V. Swartz, Charles E. Crawford, and Benjamin A. Wonderly - of the North Butler Mission of the Christian and Missionary Alliance, meeting in a private house at that time, purchased a parcel of ground in North Butler PA from W.A.Stover, et.al., for the sum of one dollar.
On March 3, 1926, it officially became the North Butler Chapel of the Christian & Missionary Alliance, a corporation for "the worship of Almighty God".
It became the Institute Hill Christian and Missionary Alliance located of the corner of Second and Peach Street in Butler, PA on February 13, 1952 and in April of 1983 we broke ground as Faith Fellowship Alliance Church.

Just some of our ministries.
The Alliance Women
The Alliance Women are a group of ladies who are involved in doing things that help support our missionaries both on and off the field. Activities range from the National Project, sponsored by our National Office in Colorado Springs to help support our missionaries to Mahaffey Grove, a local missionary support project tied to our district’s annual Mahaffey Family Camp. Of course, what ladies group would be complete without a tea or two.

The Alliance Men
The Alliance men are typically involved in work projects for individuals, both in and out of our fellowship. They may include yard work to replacing a roof. They have also been known to indulge in a few chicken wings and perhaps a Super Bowl party or two.
